Upgrade StorageGroup library: tags/status changes visible on Web but not syncing to desktop for one group member
Zotero version: 10
OS: Windows, if that's still your computer
Problem: group-library tags made by RAs are visible on Zotero Web but don't appear on your desktop
86 articles appear untagged on desktop, while only 2 appear untagged on Web
Articles themselves are present on both
The Modified date on desktop remains older
Manual sync completes successfully and says it synced with zotero.org seconds ago
I upgraded from Zotero 9.0.6 to Zotero 10, but the problem existed before the upgrade and not resolved
Other member confirmed interface aligned with web group library.

Some changes done by other group members are not reflecting on my zotero desktop app. but i can see them correctly on web group. also other member can see them correctly on their app.
