Upgrade StorageZotero 10 - Questions about search
So, I am newly upgraded to Z10 so I may have missed something; if so, apologies.
1/ The Advanced Search changes are a much to be welcomed enhancement to Zotero and clearly offer a huge amount of additional functionality.
But... I can't see how to search for items that are not in the currently selected collection(s). Needing to navigate outside of the current collection to the top-level 'My Library' was not necessary before Z10 where the practice with Advanced Search was to change the scope of the search to global.
2/ Within Advanced Search, if the search criteria is 'Collection' then I see an expanded list of all of my collections but (as with pre-Z10) it doesn't seem possible to collapse the list to make navigation more manageable. As I have a large number of collections with multiple layers of nested sub-collections the resulting list is very long and fairly un-manageable to work with.
What would be useful is some way of collapsing the expanded list to match the top-level view in the collections pane.
3/ If I double click on a saved search then the criteria of the search are presented. However, even when I have made no changes I am still asked whether to save the changes I've made.
