Upgrade StorageHarvard style for Arts University Plymouth (AUP)

I'm supporting a student at Arts University Plymouth (AUP) who needs to reference using AUP's own Harvard-style variant. It doesn't appear to be in the Zotero style repository, and I haven't been able to track down an official CSL file for it elsewhere either.
The closest match I've found so far is the Anglia Ruskin University Harvard style, but there are some differences. The one I've confirmed so far is in webpage citations: AUP's guidance asks for "Accessed on [date]", while the Anglia Ruskin style produces "Accessed [date]" (no "on"). Book references appear to match, but I haven't been able to fully verify every reference type against AUP's style guide yet.
Has anyone come across an existing CSL style for Arts University Plymouth, or built one previously? Failing that, any pointers on the easiest way to adapt the Anglia Ruskin style (or another close Harvard variant) to match AUP's requirements would be really appreciated. I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if someone's already solved this.
