I am having a similar problem. Tried to look up ISBN from within Zotero and nothing. I searched ISBN.org and found the title. I send a Debug script. I tried to attach, but couldn't.

We'd need a Debug ID. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully. It's just a code beginning with "D".

If the Debug ID is the first number in the file the one I sent was 1786560468162

OK, so D1224905408 (posted to the other thread)

There's no central database of ISBN metadata, and the ISBN you're trying just isn't in any of the databases that Zotero checks. As a rule of thumb, if you search for an ISBN on Google and there aren't many results, Zotero won't be able to resolve it.
