Unable to import Mendeley Collections

I´ve tried several times to import my Mendeley collections into Zotero with my institutional credentials (through RSM) and also followed a seperate forum thread which suggested opening a seperate personal account with Mendeley. Can anyone advise me how to import my studies to be able to cite them please?
