Upgrade StorageError message appears when I try to insert citation

I am using Zotero 2.0.3, Word plug-in 3.0a4, and OO Writer plug-in 3.0a8.
When I try to insert a citation in Microsoft Word or OO Writer, an error message pops up. It reads as follows:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
this.itemSet is undefined"
I have reported the error from within Zotero. The report ID assigned is 872283986.
I would appreciate help with solving this problem.
