Upgrade StorageLocal library not uploading to Web Library
Hello,
My local Zotero library contains my articles and collections, but they do not appear in my Web Library or on my new computer.
Both computers use the same Zotero account and have identical sync settings. On the computer containing the complete library, the sync arrows keep spinning continuously. The debug output repeatedly showed:
“Library version changed since last download — restarting sync”
I have now completely closed Zotero on the new computer and reproduced the problem on the computer containing the complete library.
Zotero version: 9.0.6 (64-bit)
Operating system: Windows 10

Could you please help me determine why the local library is not being uploaded to the Zotero server?
