Upgrade StorageAdd/Edit citation deleted 50 pages and comments

I was working on a 87 pages thesis at Google Docx, that had multiple comments as well as 69 Zotero references. At 10.10pm GR time today my docx was ok, at 10.11 GR time today I added one citation as usual. Reference item 70 created but I have lost the document from page 24 onwards, meaning that all content has been deleted. Existing citations are still active, but ~50 pages are gone along with their comments.
When I tried to check older versions, so as to restore, it seems that comments are not included. Comments are crucial at this point, as they are the final ones of the thesis.
I have not restored any version of the google docx, I just copied the current one (29 pages including the citations) and also the previous one of 87 pages, but both are missing the Comments.
Apart from checking this issue, so as no one else to experience it, is there any way I can restore the comments ?
