[Beta] Missing SystemAddonLocation

I see the following being reported:

addons.xpi INFO SystemAddonLocation directory is missing
and
addons.xpi WARN Force scan SCOPE_APPLICATION (app-builtin-addons location missing from XPIStates)

This happens both in Troubleshooting mode and in normal, with most plugins disabled.

Thanks, but you don't need to report things here unless you're experiencing a problem, and we only ever need an id. No need to try to interpret reports on your own.

I was trying to understand why some of my plugins are no longer working -- and figure out which ones I need to disable until they are updated.

My beloved Zoplicate seems to be broken - it displays its bulk merge/not duplicates everywhere, and the syncing button keeps spinning unless I'm in Troubleshooting, even if all plugins are disabled.
Even if I uninstall a plugin, its settings seem to persist, so I can't "reset" it...

I know you guys only look after the Zotero issues, so I'm trying to figure out which disabled plugins are causing me issues.
