I encountered some problems when using Zotero.

The plugin was used to save the information on the webpage, but there is no corresponding entry in the app.

An example URL is always necessary to help with problems saving to Zotero.
If it is a general problem for you, follow the troubleshooting steps listed in
https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues
and tell us when the error happens.
