Upgrade StorageKoofr WebDAV verifies successfully, but PDF attachments are not uploading
Hello,
I am using Zotero on macOS and trying to sync my attachment files with Koofr via WebDAV.
The WebDAV server verification is successful, and Zotero displays:
“Server configuration verified — File sync is successfully set up.”
However, PDF attachments are not being uploaded to Koofr. The “zotero” folder in my Koofr account remains empty, and Koofr still shows 0 MB of storage used.
My current settings are:
- “Sync automatically” is enabled.
- “Sync attachment files in My Library using WebDAV” is enabled.
- WebDAV address: https://app.koofr.net/dav/Koofr
- I am using a Koofr application-specific password.
- “Verify Server” completes successfully.
I have already tried:
- Adding newly downloaded PDF files to Zotero
- Confirming that the PDFs are stored inside the local Zotero/storage folder and are not linked files
- Manually clicking the Zotero sync button
- Resetting File Sync History for My Library
- Syncing again after the reset
The sync icon rotates for only a few seconds and then stops, but no attachment files appear in Koofr.
