Upgrade StorageError "Error updating document" when adding citations to Word document
When I try to add a new citation, Word displays the error message:
"Error updating document."
The document has worked previously, but now the error appears whenever I attempt to insert a new citation. The problem occurs only in this specific document. I can insert citations into new Word documents without any issues.
Steps I have already tried from "Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents" site: Restarted Word and Zotero, Restarted the computer, Copied and Pasted the document, Making a copy of the document (to a hard drive)
My setup:
Zotero version: 9.0.6
Operating system: Windows 11
Microsoft Word: Version 2606 (Build 16.0.20131.20152)
