If you have MacOSX with a non-English language, you can have problems during the installation of Zotero with Word 2008.
In my case, when I installed the plugin "Zotero MacWord Integration", I obtained a message saying that the installation was successfully done, but nothing appears in the apple script menu...
To install Zotero on Word, first go to your folder Documents and create a folder named "Microsoft Data User", then install the plugin. To finish, go to the newly folder and copy Zotero Folder. In the folder Documents, you have an other folder written in your mother-tongue language "Microsoft Data Users". Go inside and found the "word script menu items" folder and paste the Zotero folder. That's it !
