Upgrade StorageKeyboard navigation and VoiceOver compatibility issues

I'd like to know more about the usage of Zotero with a screen reader and keyboard. My experience has been deceiving so far and I was wondering if it has any subtlety that I was not aware of in my exploration of the app.
* Zotero for Mac OS 9.0.6
* Zotero for iOS 2.0.7
Zotero states that it has been audited and certified compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with testing conducted using VoiceOver and NVDA. I'd like to report several issues encountered while using Zotero with VoiceOver, which affect basic actions.
1. Advanced preferences shortcuts not working
Command+Shift+L (go to library) and Command+Shift+O (new note) are listed under Settings > Advanced > Keyboard Shortcuts. Neither triggers the corresponding action.
2. Ctrl+Option+3 (add note) conflicts with an existing VoiceOver shortcut
This shortcut is already assigned by VoiceOver to landmark navigation on macOS. In practice, it doesn't seem possible to annotate documents...
3. Loss of position in the document after adding a note
After adding a note, the display jumps back to the first page of the document, regardless of which page was being read at the time. This requires manually navigating back to the original reading position each time.
4. No annotation action available in the VoiceOver rotor on iOS
When viewing a document on iOS, no action related to annotation or highlighting appears in the VoiceOver rotor, and I haven't found a way to annotate or highlight text by another way.
Taken together, these issues make reading and annotating documents considerably more laborious than they should be with a screen reader, and on iOS annotation simply isn't reachable at all. These are actions that other Zotero users can perform in a few seconds, but that require several workarounds here every time.
Are you already aware of these issues? Do you have more documentation on using Zotero with screen readers and accessibility performance? I’d also be glad to get feedback from other people using a screen reader about your experience with Zotero so far…
