Upgrade StorageUX Inconsistency or BUG: Dragging annotations from main library list to Zotero Note doesn't work
Hi,
I noticed an inconsistency in annotation drag-and-drop behavior:
PDF Reader → Zotero Note: Works (creates rich annotation block).
Main Library List → External Apps (like word): Works
Main Library List → Zotero Note: Fails / Unsupported.
It feels unintuitive that third-party apps can accept annotations dragged from Zotero's main library tree, but Zotero's own Note Editor cannot.
Could support for dropping main-list annotation items directly into the Note Editor be considered for a future update?
