How to find a large file in Zotero database?

Hi,
I am sorting out my Zotero database due to storage limits. I could not find a Zotero function that would show me large files (is there any?), so I performed the search manually in my local Zotero folder (I found the free app TreeSize useful for this).
I found several large files, erased them through Zotero, great.
But then I found also something obscure, quite a large saved webpage (html), which I can't locate (and delete) when searching through the Zotero interface.
I have the file name, its local location, and also the name of the Zotero folder, but that does not help. How can I locate and erase the file in Zotero? If I do it manually through Windows file explorer, it is then re-synced again.
Any help appreciated,
Terezie

You can paste the 8-character folder name into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode in your library root (or group library roots).

Re your first question, the Attachment Scanner plugin can add a column for attachment size.

  • Thank you both. I installed the plug in and it's a great help to the storage size control overall.
I also past the folder name into the search field, and it does not find anything (whereas it works fine for other folders). It seems that a somewhat phantom file is syncing within the database. Is there any way to solve the issue manually, then?
