unable to verify/validate my email address

hello all,
i hope this is the right place for this concern, i am trying to verify/validate my email address so i can log in to zotero on my desktop and sync my library but for some reason i am not able to get the clear... i am receiving emails from zotero telling me to click the link to verify my email and i can log in but my email address still appears to be unvalidated... i hope this can be resolved somehow as i need to sync my library

You have to be logged in to verify the email address, but it looks like you've only tried to click the link from an iOS device with no cookies allowed (which prevents you from staying logged in).
