Assistance with In-text citations in Microsoft Word (365) on windows device

I am unable to create a citation containing multiple cites. e.g "2,4-6". I can add up to two, but after that I get an error. I can enter through anyway and the citation will say 1-3, but the reference list will not update and those 1-3 citations will not sync with the rest of the document.

I have tried on a new, empty document, starting Zotero before word, and reinstalling the plugin.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
