saving from SAGE Journals does not show up in my Zotero; saving from other journals does
using Firefox 152.0.6, MacOS Sequoia 15.7.4, Zotero 9.0.6

We always need an example URL for problems with saving.

I'm seeing similar problems at https://journals-sagepub-com.wwwproxy1.library.unsw.edu.au/doi/full/10.1177/13563890261449798

Saving using the default (SAGE Journals) translator. The Atypon translator does save the metadata, but doesn't save the PDF (which I do have access to)
