Upgrade StorageRead Aloud says it is playing but no audio is playing

I am also having issues with the Read Aloud, it says it is playing but no audio is playing at all. I checked that the Windows version was updated and it is, I am really bummed because I love any reading aloud feature it is really helpful for accessibility. If anyone can help figure out why mine is not playing any audio that would be great!
P.S. my volume is not muted, speakers work etc. I am unsure if this is a bug or user error.
