Word immediately displays the Convert File dialog

    Every time I click Add/Edit Citation in Microsoft Word, instead of the Zotero citation dialog opening, Word immediately displays the Convert File dialog. This happens in every document, including a brand-new blank document. I am using windows 11. I have already:

    Repaired Microsoft Office 2019
    Reinstalled the Zotero Word add-in
    Confirmed that Zotero.dotm is loaded in Word
    Tested with new blank documents
    Generated Report ID 711313588 and Debug ID D2059651975

    You're running an outdated version of Zotero. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in months.
