Upgrade StorageFeature request: zoom scaling for web captures on android

With web captures you can zoom using pinch to zoom. This makes the text larger, but it doesn't *rescale* the text.
It would be nice if you could set a scale factor, such that the elements are scaled and readjusted to fit on screen.
This functionality clearly exists to an extent in the backend already, because the contents of the capture is scaled to fill the screen.
I'm requesting the same kind of zoom you get on desktop by using your browser's zoom menu, and on mobile, not the zoom you get by pinching, but that which you will get if you use a browser-internal zoom menu.
Why I am requesting this: pinch to zoom works reasonably well on high refresh rate devices, but on an ereader, it is very painful to scroll sideways. Even on mobile, it is nicer if you can just scroll vertically, rather than having to scroll side to side and vertically.
I have bad eyesight, and it would be nice to capture articles to read on the go.
