Why doesn't the Save as PDF option pop up?

I am an avid Zotero user but I switched to a new work laptop and cannot get it to work? I have tried deleting, re-downloading, tinkering with preferences and syncing, but no matter what I do, the options to actually save an article never pop up. What am I doing wrong??
