Zotero keeps deleting my bibliography and unlinking citations

I have to keep restoring my document as zotero keeps deleting my reference list and unlinking citations. It also now asks me to 'convert file' if I try to input a new citation within my document, and then deletes it immediately. My report ID is 425733683

Please could somebody advise me on how to fix this as soon as possible.

You're running a version of Zotero from September 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in four years.
