Upgrade StorageAttached PDFs not available in both devices
Previously regardless of which laptop I used, if I uploaded a PDF as an attachment, it would be available in either device, including any highlights or notes. Now it is not. I only see a ghost of a PDF and I get the following message: "

C:\Users\lipke\Zotero\storage\Y2RD445Y\American Association of Colleges of Nursing - 2021 - The essentials core competencies for professional nursing education.pdf
It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org."
