I'm running Word for Mac 16.110.3 and Zotero 9.0.6 (both latest as of this report submission). The Zotero plugin is working as expected.

I'd like to put the Zotero commands (Add/Edit Reference, Update Bibliography) on the "Home" tab of the Word Ribbon. I expected this should work by creating a custom group and adding these commands. This works for other commands, but while I can add them in the Word preferences pane, they do not show up once saving, and they are not listed the next time I open the pane.

The expected behavior is these commands should show up in the Home tab of the Ribbon.

This is a Word bug/issue, not Zotero, so you might want to report this to Microsoft. Adding Zotero commands to quick-access toolbar works, and persists after Word restart.
