Synchronization failure

I can't seem to sync my Zotero account on my other devices. I usually use Zotero on a macOS without an account. I just installed Zotero on a Windows computer and created a Zotero account on it. Now, I'm trying to link the Zotero installed on my macOS to this new account to be able to work on both computer, but it keeps showing "invalid username or password" even though they are correct (I just created them and can log in with them on the Windows PC).

    How did you install Zotero? Make sure you're installing the latest version (currently Zotero 9) from the download page. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset.
