book chapter, citation error (history journal)

The citation with 'book author' looks as follows (repeats title of chapter instead of book author):

Using 'editor' instead of 'book author' it works fine:
Paul Jenkins, ‘Afterword: The Basel Mission, the Presbyterian Church, and Ghana since 1918’, in Jon Miller, Hrsg., Missionary Zeal and Institutional Control: Organizational Contradictions in the Basel Mission on the Gold Coast, 1828-1917 (William B. Eerdmans: Grand Rapids, 2003) S. 199
