Microsoft Word integration unavailable in Zotero 9.0.4 on macOS

Hello,

I am using Zotero 9.0.4 (ARM64), downloaded from the official Zotero website, on macOS 26.5.

Microsoft Word for Mac version: 16.110.2 (Microsoft 365).

Zotero works correctly as a reference manager (library, collections, PDFs, synchronization, etc.), but I cannot use it with Microsoft Word because the Word integration is unavailable.

The Zotero tab never appears in Word.

I have already:

- completely removed and reinstalled Zotero;
- tested both Zotero 7 and Zotero 9;
- restarted both Word and macOS;
- confirmed that the Word integration files are present in:

/Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/Resources/integration/word-for-mac/

including:
- Zotero.dotm
- libZoteroWordIntegration.dylib
- Zotero.scpt

However, in my Zotero installation there is no option anywhere to manage or install the Microsoft Word integration.

Is there any additional diagnostic step I should perform to determine why the Word integration is unavailable?

I followed the troubleshooting steps.
Under Tools Templates and Add-ins, the Global Templates and Add-ins list is completely empty. Zotero.dotm is not listed there.
However, I verified that Zotero.dotm is present in:
/Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/Resources/integration/word-for-mac/

What should I check next?
