Zotero functionality limited - even though I have receipt for extra paid data storage

I was receiving pop-ups stating I am not able to upload any store papers to Zotero due to reaching storage capacity. So I paid for, and have receipt of, storage upgrade (technically now have plenty of storage space available). But I keep receiving the same pop-up (have restarted computer, logged on and off etc.) I cannot add anything more to Zotero and the Zotero connector no longer works either. My workflow is stalled as a result. Can you please assist and suggest what the issue could be
  • The account you're posting from has never synced. Check the account you're actually syncing with from the Sync settings in the Zotero app, and then email storage@zotero.org and ask to transfer your subscription. You'll also need to delete this account.
