I am trying to add citations into a live document with autosave on, but get the error message "Zotero experience an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions". I have followed all troubleshooting steps but it still comes up with this message. This is happening in all live documents, not just an individual one. However, it does work when adding into a blank new document. I am using the latest version of zotero and word.

    This could happen if you're saving the file in OneDrive and have spaces in the filename. Make sure you're saving a local file. Note that if you've set your desktop folder to be stored in OneDrive, saving the file to your desktop means saving the file to OneDrive.

    (In theory this should be fixed, but it may still be happening in some cases. We've never actually been able to reproduce it ourselves.)
