Upgrade StorageMissing hover tooltip in the citation preview popup of the PDF reader
Zotero can provide citation preview popups for some references in PDFs:

Those preview popups can include hyperlinks.
Is it possible to add a tooltip when hovering on the link to show the underlying URL, same as for hyperlinks in the PDF file?
