[UI Bug] Text contrast issue and lack of color distinction in PDF Reader Dark Mode

Body:
Hi Zotero Team,
I am writing to report a UI readability issue in the PDF Reader under Dark Mode in Zotero 7.
When switching to Dark Mode, the software does not seem to handle the color mapping of certain PDFs correctly. Some documents suffer from extremely low text contrast and inappropriate background rendering, which makes the text barely legible.
Specifically, in Dark Mode, the text color becomes too light (almost white/grey) while the background remains a light-greyish/purple hue instead of being properly inverted. This lack of proper color distinction creates a severe reading barrier.
I have attached two screenshots for comparison:

Normal/Light Mode Interface: [https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u17753732/4s53vuzbmp7ik1ow5bep.png]

My Environment:

Zotero Version: [9.0.5]
OS: [Windows 11]
Report ID: [551407658]

Is there any way to improve the dark mode color inversion algorithm for these types of PDFs, or perhaps add an option to toggle off document-color inversion while keeping the app UI dark?
Thank you for your hard work and looking forward to your reply!
