I can't open the file
Hi, I'm a University of Toronto OISE student, and my deparment offers unlimited Zotero account.
I've been using Zotero fine for last 4-5 years, and I couldn't open files from my laptop and it said that I exceeded quota, I checked and it says 300MB,
However, when I tried to open the files from Zotero on my desktop, I was able to open the files, no problem.
The account should be synced, but on my laptop I see that red exlacamation mark noting that I exceeded the quota, which I don't see on my desktop.
I don't understand why it does this.
Please help.

Upgrade Storage
The quota warning would appear wherever you've added files that couldn't be uploaded due to being at your 300 MB quota, and those files wouldn't be accessible on other devices.
My institution covers unlimited subscription.
The quota warning only appears on my laptop, but I can add and open files on my desktop.
I believe there's a technical glitch, please help with this.
