Upgrade StorageDecouple title
I thought these 2 sections were two different things:

Instead, they are the same thing.
Looks like changing one changes the other.
1. I don't think there is a need to duplicate it. Just have the second one
2. After you modify it, using CTRL+Z to revert the change doesn't work. It should work.
