Word cannot find file: ~$Zotero.dotm

I tried reinstalling the Word plugin and it didn't change the error message. Once I click OK on the message, Word opens find and the Zotero tab is there. I just can't seem to get it to stop showing this message everytime I open Word. Solutions?
