Books on WorldCat won't save

Been trying to save books from WorldCat and this message keeps popping up "An error occurred saving with Open WorldCat. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead." I tried to restart translator and did not solve the issue. Please let me know how to solve this.

I pushed a potential fix for this issue. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings. But in order to verify, we'd need a URL where you're seeing the error, as @poettli said.
