Upgrade StorageFile Not Found Issue
My colleague created the folder, uploaded articles on her computer, and synced them in Zotero. She and I encountered a technical issue with Zotero when some files open properly on both computers (both in the desktop app and online) and some don't. Namely, whenever I try to open some of the files in my desktop Zotero, I get this File Not Found error message (screenshot attached). Whenever I try to open online the same files that don't open in the desktop Zotero app, Zotero just immediately sends me to the external website where the article is published, so I can't work with the article in the app.
Some files, on the other hand, open just fine.
Both of us have enough storage and everything is synced on both computers. None of our actions solved the issue so far, so I would appreciate some help with it!
