File not uploaded in Sync

I went to the Sync → Reset pane of the Zotero settings and selected Reset File Sync History, as nothing else was working and as instructed on the Zotero help page. I generated a debug ID for the first sync (D2027059472). I can open the file locally, but nothing gets stored in my WebDAV folder.

Setting up the WebDAV folder was successful, there were no problems there. I am also not getting an error message when going on sync. But my zotero folder on the WebDAV remains empty. How can I proceed to fix this syncing problem?

    I suspect you're looking in the wrong place. Files already exist on your WebDAV server.
