Report ID:1854818829 Group library items not fully syncing to Zotero Desktop

Online Group Library contains 50 items and only 29 items appear on desktop version

Owner and I (Admin) see all 50 items online but not on the desktop.
Other Admin collaborators are experiencing the same syncing issue with this group library.

Troubleshooting already performed:
Verified correct account is signed in
Verified group library is selected for syncing
Confirmed items exist in web library
Generated error report: Report ID:1854818829

Any guidance on why the desktop client is only syncing a subset of the group library?

    You're running a version of Zotero from September 2024. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in almost two years.
