Upgrade StorageAvailable for beta testing on Android: EPUB/snapshot support

In the latest beta of Zotero for Android, you can now view and annotate EPUBs and webpage snapshots in the built-in reader. This follows similar support in the desktop app and the iOS app, and EPUB/snapshot annotations should now sync seamlessly between those apps and the Android app.
If you encounter any problems, please let us know in a new thread. Be sure to put "Android" in your thread title and note that you're using the beta.
