ZOTERO ICON NOT SHOWING IN THE TOOL BAR WHEN WORD DOCUMENT IS OPENED

Hello, kindly advise me on what to do concerning the above captioned matter. I am recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my laptop. When i tried to use Zotero as usual , the Zotero Icon was not showing in the tool bar. i have tried to reinstall zotero but this is not working. Guide me on how to resolve this. Thanks.
