Errore di Zotero nel corso dell'aggiornamento del documento Word

Quando inserisco una nuova fonte su Zotero, se devo aggiungerla nel documento Word si blocca ed esce la classica scritta " Si è verificato un errore di Zotero nel corso dell'aggiornamento del documento". Ho aggiornato Word e Zotero all'ultima versione (9.0.5.), e se creo un documento nuovo Zotero ritorna a funzionare correttamente. Ma sto scrivendo una tesi e, onestamente, non posso stare tutti i giorni a creare un nuovo documento perchè la bibliografia non funziona correttamente.
