Repeat Firefox Crashing

Hello, Firefox is crashing every time I open zotero. I am only able to use Zotero for 1-2 minutes and then Firefox stops responding. I have most recent versions of both Firefox & Zotero & have uninstalled all other add-ons.

    Is it just hanging, or does Firefox actually close? In the former case, try waiting—it may just be trying to synchronize a large number of references (assuming you use sync).

    Thank you. It turns out that it was a sync problem - somehow my login ID on this computer got changed & sync wasn't working. I resolved that and the outstanding sync issues and now all is well.
