Upgrade StorageSyncing: Sync stuck at “Preparing sync…” and HTTP DELETE items returns 500
I am stupid and sorry. Zotero has been stuck indefinitely at “Preparing sync…”. Last successful sync shown is 35 days ago. I use WebDAV via Koofr for file sync. Verify Server succeeds. Tried changing the password, still succeeds, but also still at preparing sync.
Left it "preparing" in Troubleshooting Mode. Database integrity check reports no errors. I reset File Sync History once.
The error report repeatedly shows:
HTTP DELETE... failed with status code 500: An error occurred

dstillman Zotero TeamSorry about that. Fixed. (Possibly caused by some plugin you ran that incorrectly modified items locally, but the server should still block it.) Let us know if you get another error.
