ZOtero not responding on word - App installed and open, ribbon not working
Title: Word Add/Edit Citation button does nothing — ribbon tab not recognized by Word
Body:
Zotero 9.0.5 (ARM64), Windows 11, Word for Microsoft 365 (personal install, Snapdragon X Plus / Windows on ARM).
The Zotero tab and buttons (Add/Edit Citation, etc.) appear in Word's ribbon, but clicking them does absolutely nothing — no error, no dialog. Debug logging confirms Zotero receives no request at all when the button is clicked.
Oddly, the "Zotero" tab doesn't appear in File → Options → Customize Ribbon → Main Tabs list, even though it's visible and clickable in the actual ribbon.
In File → Options → Add-ins → COM Add-ins, Zotero shows as "Zotero.dotm Template" rather than a standard add-in entry.
I've already tried: fully uninstalling/reinstalling Zotero (ARM64 build), resetting Normal.dotm to a fresh default, clearing Zotero.dotm from the Word STARTUP folder, checking Trust Center (all Add-in restrictions unticked), and confirming Zotero.dotm is present in STARTUP after reinstall.
This started after I made some manual changes to Word/Zotero files following AI-assisted troubleshooting (renamed/moved Normal.dotm, deleted/recreated Zotero.dotm), so something may be misconfigured at a level I haven't been able to identify.
All started when I was trying to ensure my hyperlinks would work in my reference list as there was a problem with my last assignment. Troubleshooted with above and now it's all not working!

In particular, note the step about making sure Zotero has completely disappeared from Word after deleting Zotero.dotm. We don't know what you did, so we can't really help beyond the standard instructions.
