Upgrade StorageZotero freezes when using BibGenie plugin

I am experiencing a serious issue when using the BibGenie plugin inside Zotero. Each time I start a task with BibGenie, Zotero immediately freezes, the screen turns black, and I receive the message “Zotero is not responding.”
I have tried reinstalling the plugin, refreshing Zotero, and checking for updates, but the problem persists. Could you please advise if this is a compatibility issue between Zotero and BibGenie, or if there is another solution?
