Word search bar issue

When adding a citation in Word, I used to get a pop up of my zotero files to select the citation I wanted to add. Now I only get a zotero search bar that does not search for my files when I type in it. I cannot seem to find a reason and have updated both word and zotero. Hopefully someone can help?
