Problems syncing

Hello,

I was hoping to get some help, I have a company Zotero. Everyone on the team uses the one login and it seems to work fine for everyone but me. I have the correct details however, when I try to login to the desktop app on my laptop it says username/password invalid. However, if I try to login online it has no issues, so the username/password is correct. Can someone help me understand why the desktop app won't let me login please??
  • Upgrade to the latest version of Zotero. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset.

    (But multiple people should not be using a single account. If you're collaborating, create a group and have people join it with their individual accounts.)
