Upgrade StorageStyle Error: [Demography]

Currently the Demography style is a dependent style. The parent style no longer conforms to the author guidelines for the Demography journal (https://www.populationassociation.org/demography/for-authors/preparing-manuscripts)
The main issue is the way locators appear in in-text citations. The journal guidelines state: "In citing particular pages, chapters, or other elements (e.g., tables or figures), a colon follows the date. No space separates the colon and page number(s), but a space does precede other listed elements: (Jones 2018:25; Liu 2019: chap. 1; Warren 2020: table 2)."
The current style uses a ", " as a separator, uses the long form label and capitalizes the first letter of "Chapter", and uses the short form label for table.
I used the parent style as a template to make a .csl for Demography or my own use. I would make a pull request on GitHub to share the .csl, but I'm not sure if that's the best way to move forward, since it would imply changing the style from dependent to independent.
